Ant grew up in Cape Town.
Living by the ocean swimming, water polo and surfing were a big part of his lifestyle and development. Ant is a very experienced and passionate open water swimmer.
He also enjoys triathlons and mountain biking.
Ant's sessions take place at an Endless pool in Eastbourne, and a 25 m pool in Bexhill, East Sussex
Ant is also a level 1 ASA coach and an STA certified level 2 Open Water Coach and a BTF level 1 coach.
